We at LAMP (Law in Action for Medical Practitioners) help you to comply with laws related to medical profession so you can focus on what you do best. Health right is important and every individual must have easy access to health facilities. While public health services must be strong, it is a reality that many individuals prefer to consult a private doctor. While there is much said and done about Patient’s rights it is also important to uphold the rights of the doctors especially when there is a rise in cases of violence against doctors. There are many pending litigations against the doctors that could be avoided if there was a better understanding between the doctor and the patient and their family members. At the same time there are many doctors as well as establishment that need assistance in complying with the laws that apply to them. They find this as cumbersome and if they are not compliant the focus shifts from providing health services to being burdened of facing legal consequences.

LAMP (Law in Action for Medical Practitioners) has a team of lawyers to assist doctors in complying with their legal requirements. They will also be provided legal assistance through this program.
